BIOGRAPHY

Self-taught singer, songwriter, pianist, and artist based in Fife, Scotland. Originally born in Edinburgh in 1968, Lee spent his youth listening to, and absorbing, an eclectic range of music influences from the likes of David Bowie, Elton John, Elvis, Queen, ELO, Supertramp and a whole host of others thus inspiring him to study vocal and musical song writing techniques which led him to begin writing and recording. After playing for years on the live circuit with the now disbanded ‘Freeway’, formed alongside fellow musician and guitarist Dave Webb, Lee pursued his own solo work from 2012, writing and recording with occasional live appearances. All solo work is self-written, performed, produced, and arranged whilst also occasionally lending arrangement and vocal ideas with collaborators across Europe thanks to the wonderful world of the internet.

During this period Lee rediscovered his love of art which stemmed from his youth and began painting and selling unique and colourful commissions of famous icons plus abstracts done in oils, acrylics, and charcoal. His natural creative curiosity has now manifested itself into the world of sculpting in clay.

Lastly, Lee is also very involved and successful in web design & business influence within the jewellery, hair and beauty/ therapy sectors, companies who have utilised his driving passion and never-ending ideas to expand their operations into the online digital ecommerce marketplace and continues to grow.

A very keen traveller who never misses the opportunity to go off the beaten track to discover new things, be it food, architecture, people or simply the joy of being in places that offer the chance to grow and be inspired !
